The controversial one-size-fits-all approach to Victoria’s liquor licensing laws has targeted Swords Select as a high risk operator for opening before 9am. As three of our stores are located within Melbourne's fresh food markets we are required to open with other store holders at 7am. As a result we have been put in the same catagorie of Melbourne's high risk nightclubs. These new fees will have a detrimental effect on many small businesses across Victoria.
